Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain unopened and merchandise is in new condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our roastery.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
