How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches daily. Every bag is marked with a roast date and shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the peak flavor profile.
What is your shipping policy for coffee orders?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the country. Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically processed the same day. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 15% on every order. You can choose your delivery frequency and pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
